Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SnapID service operated by RSANGEL. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

SnapID is a digital service that uses AI to generate passport, visa, resume, and other ID-style photos from user-uploaded images, and to create print-ready layouts.

2. Accounts

  • Accounts are created through supported social login providers.
  • You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activity performed through it.
  • We may suspend or limit accounts used in violation of law or these terms.

3. Credits and payments

  • The service sells generation credits in packs. One generation uses one credit.
  • Prices may be displayed in KRW or USD depending on the site version and checkout route.
  • Credits are added after payment confirmation and remain valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
  • Credits are digital usage rights, not cash equivalents, and cannot be transferred to another user.

4. Refund policy

Credits are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Unless required otherwise by law, completed purchases are non-refundable once credits have been issued.

If a payment is refunded by the payment processor, issued credits may be revoked automatically, including credits that are still unused.

5. User responsibilities

  • You may upload only photos that you own or are authorized to use.
  • You may not use generated outputs for fraud, impersonation, or other unlawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for checking the latest official photo rules before submitting generated results to a government or institution.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to photos you upload, subject to the rights required for us to process them and deliver the service. SnapID branding, software, UI, and service materials remain the property of RSANGEL.

7. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that a generated photo will always be accepted by every authority or institution. Requirements may change, and the final responsibility for submission remains with the user.
