Generated photo results, selected document size, and order/payment records needed to deliver the service.

Original uploaded selfies are processed only for generation and are not stored as persistent source files on our servers.

2. Why we use your information

To authenticate users and prevent abuse.
To generate ID photos and printable layouts.
To manage credits, payments, refunds, and support requests.
To improve service quality and measure product performance.

3. Retention period

Account data is retained until account deletion.
Generated results and credit balances may be retained for up to 6 months after the last payment date.
Payment, transaction, and dispute records may be retained for the period required by applicable commerce and tax laws.
Access logs may be retained for up to 3 months.

4. Third-party processors

Toss Payments and Lemon Squeezy for payment processing.
Kakao, Naver, Google, and Apple for authentication.
Cloud and AI infrastructure providers for storage and inference.

5. Your rights

Private object storage for generated image assets.
